Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide at account registration — name, contact details, payment method identifiers — plus transactional records for deposits and withdrawals processed via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. We do not collect more than we need to operate your account.

Account Security Practices

Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Payment details entered for UPI or Paytm are tokenised and never stored as raw numbers on our servers. Two-step login verification is available in account settings and we strongly recommend enabling it.

We retain account data for the period required by applicable financial and anti-money-laundering regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. After the mandatory retention window closes, data is deleted or anonymised from our active systems.

Our terms apply to accounts in any region where local law permits access to 8game. If you are in India and your access is permitted under applicable local law, the full terms of service govern your account and all transactions processed on it.

We store your registration details, login history, transaction records for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments, and any communications you send through support channels. We do not store raw payment credentials — those are tokenised before reaching our database.
